Is a face-lift right for me?

What happens during a face-lift?

You first receive numbing medicine with a sedative to relax you or general anesthesia to make you fall asleep.

Your surgeon makes an incision, pulls away a skin flap from your face, removes excess skin, alters and tightens the remaining tissues, and closes the incisions.
